 Reflection: From what he said that he hopes that his hard work does its true that sometimes what you must want or something you really want to do all you need is hard work and you will achieve it so dont think that your hard work hasn't paid off maybe it's just a matter of time before your reward maybe you just need to wait a little longer so you can the reward that you wanted or it may had already paid off.from what I've seen is that your hard work will pay  know matter what but only if you are really working towards something that is good or will at least decent. dont ever put a half job done put a full part of work done dont give just do the best you can be
